Appointment

Due to a high volume of no-shows for appointments we have started requiring deposits when scheduling:
 
• $25 for a doctors appointment (dog or cat)
• $35 for exotics appointment (small mammals)
• $100 for surgical appointments
 
* All deposits are applied to the overall cost of your appointment at checkout. Deposits are refundable up until 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.*
If you find yourself unable to come to an appointment please contact us as soon as possible so we may open that spot up to other patients in need.
 
Please be prepared to make this deposit over the phone when booking an appointment with our customer care team.
You can also pay this in-clinic if you need to use a different form of payment. All deposits are required at the time of booking.
